Will the Belt I Already Have Fit Your Sweet Buckles?

Any snap belt up to 1 5/8" will fit our buckles. Most belts are 1 1/2", and our buckles will definitely fit them

Will the Buckle I Already Have Fit Your Fine Leather Belts?

Yes, as long as your buckle can fit a 1.5" wide belt. We also offer our belts in 1" width as well.

Where Are Your Buckles and Belts Made?

All of handmade buckles and all of our belts are skillfully produced by master artisans in the USA.
What is the turnaround time on stock orders?

It depends on what type of product you order. Most of our handmade products ship in 2-4 business days (often sooner). Our non-handmade products usually ship in 1-2 business days.
What is the Turnaround Time on Custom Orders?

Usually 3-5 weeks - sometimes quicker. Plan ahead!

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world - including Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and more. 
What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
We use USPS to ship domestically and internationally. This allows us to offer you the cheapest shipping costs available.
What are the Shipping Costs?
Shipping cost is based on the contents of your cart. 

What is your Return Policy?

The following conditions apply to refunds/exchanges:
1. Please fill out the following form to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number: here and if approved you will receive an email with an RMA number.
2. An item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days (postmarked) of our shipping date.
3. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and packaging
4. NO COD's accepted.
5. NO returns on custom orders.
6. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless a mistake was made on our end. 
7. Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed or through paypal. 
8. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items on SALE.
9. Please make sure to specify what you wish to do (Refund / Exchange. If exchange, what would you like to exchange to).
10. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
11. All Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 14 Business days of receipt to our office. If you need your exchange order in a hurry we recommend placing a new order and sending the Return/Exchange products for a refund.
12. Any returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  

How wide are your belts?
Our belts are 1 5/8" wide.

Can you put my design on your buckles?
We sure can. Send us your artwork and we will recommend the best option for you.

How wide are the pins on your buckles?
All of our belt buckles are made to work with any standard leather belt, with 1/8" pins.
