Will the Belt I Already Have Fit Your Sweet Buckles?

Any snap belt up to 1 5/8" will fit our buckles. Most belts are 1 1/2", and our buckles will definitely fit them.

Will the Buckle I Already Have Fit Your Fine Leather Belts?

All of our belts are 1 5/8" - which will fit 99% of all buckles. 

Where Are Your Buckles and Belts Made?

All of our buckles (except some of the NCAA and NFL buckles) are made - most handmade by master artisans -in the USA.

What is the Turnaround Time on Custom Orders?

Usually 2-4 weeks - sometimes quicker. Plan ahead!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world - including Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and more. Be sure to choose either First Class Canada or First Class International (anything other than Canada) when completing your order.

What are the Shipping Costs?

Shipping cost is based on the contents of your cart. Our base rates are listed below:

To the United States

• USPS First Class (3-6 Day Delivery) - $5.00
• 2-Day/Priority - $8.00
• Overnight - By Special Request Only. Contact Us

International

• First Class to Canada - $7.00
• First Class International (UK, Eurpope, Australia, New Zealand, etc.) - $11.00

What is the turnaround time on stock orders?

Most of our products are made-to-order (by hand) right here in the USA. As such, they will ship in 2-4 days from the day you place your order. 

What is your Return Policy?

The following conditions apply to refunds/exchanges:
1. Please fill out the following form to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number: here and if approved you will receive an email with an RMA number.
2. An item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days (postmarked) of our shipping date.
3. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and packaging
4. NO COD's accepted.
5. NO returns on custom orders.
6. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless a mistake was made on our end.
7. Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed or through paypal.
8. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items on SALE.
9. Please make sure to specify what you wish to do (Refund / Exchange. If exchange, what would you like to exchange to).
10. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
11. All Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 14 Business days of receipt to our office. If you need your exchange order in a hurry we recommend placing a new order and sending the Return/Exchange products for a refund.
