Requests for refunds/exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the ship date for domestic purchases. International purchases have 30 days from the original ship date.
We will review your request within one to two business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) with detailed instructions on returning/exchanging a product, if approved. The RMA# will only be valid for 7 days. Please mark this RMA# on the outside of your return package and mail the package within this 7 day period. We will also specify the address you should direct your return/exchange package to in the email. Unless your product is damaged or we have made an error in sending the wrong size or product, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please be aware that your return/exchamge will not be processed if you return the package without a valid RMA# marked on the return package. If your product is damaged or we have made an error, we will send you a shipping label for returning the products.
A restocking charge of 15% of product purchase price will be applied for any returned item that is not damaged. This charge will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges (such as exchanging a large belt for a medium belt), you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and for the shipping cost of us returning the new product back to you. You will be sent a link to purchase your return shipping. Your new shipment will not be sent until you have paid for your return shipping.
